**ToM Reflection** is not a prompting guide. It's not a productivity tool. It's a **space for reflection**.

Based on research by Riedl & Weidmann (2025), effective collaboration with AI depends not on technical prompting skills, but on **Theory of Mind** — the ability to model another's perspective.

This tool helps you practice that skill through guided questions:

This tool is inspired by:

Key findings:

- IQ and technical skills don't predict AI collaboration success
- Theory of Mind strongly predicts success (β ≈ 0.4)
- Synergy (1 + 1 > 2) emerges from genuine perspective-taking
