Its actually against copyright law even with apache 2.0 license to make attributions near unreadable in certain countries, And in every country I would say it wouldint hold up because the website was yet to very transformative also by saying "by atomix labs" with unreadable font of who it is actually by. He resolved the issue though so theres no longer any legal precedent.
