My Hugging Face username: Yang

My previous access request for meta‑llama/Meta‑Llama‑3‑8B‑Instruct got rejected. It was caused by incorrect country selection in the application form.

I’m an independent engineer doing local technical research. This model is a required dependency for my local character‑animation research project with NVIDIA Kimodo and LLM2Vec. All usage will be non‑commercial.

I will strictly follow the Llama3 Community License and Meta Acceptable Use Policy, and will not redistribute model weights.

Could you help reset my application status so I can resubmit with correct information?
